Poets & Muses
POETS & MUSES is a collection of poetry & multimedia artworks, celebrating creative connections across mediums. Beginning with the brilliant ekphrastic poetry of Mohammad Taha (new to the Scribes!), we journey through an eclectic selection of poetry in which the writers & their sources of inspiration intertwine & overlap. With a musical storytelling performance by Kara Kemp, a music video by Mantis Osiris, and various visual art pieces accompanying the poems—instruments & voices, pens & paint collide to create an explosive artistic adventure.
